About Orken Partners

Orken Partners is the contracting party for foreign industrial investors in Kazakhstan. The company organises market entry and coordinates the project until the facility is commissioned.

Design and construction are performed by EPCM Construction: Category I licences, operations since 2009, office in Aktobe. Independent review of a third-party site is a separate assignment; under that assignment EPCM Construction does not act as general contractor of the same facility.

Completed works with this partner include KEGOC substations, electrical works for wind farms, reconstruction of the pipe plant in Uralsk and field works at Kenkiyak.

Housing, offices and industrial land are arranged through specialised partners. Headquarters receives progress reporting through the visual monitoring system; data is stored locally on the company's servers.
